Great App to control your work time.

Its easy to setup it. Has a great, usefull and beatifull user interface. I recomend it for people that needs control and billing your time.

Not so happy

I have not found this app to be user friendly AT ALL. There are no instructions or directions. It is not intuitive from the standpoint that I should be able to select multiple clients for whom I am working on the same project. In the end, instead of facing the frustration of this product, I reverted to a trusted standby and opened up an Excel Spreadsheet. I was hoping I could use this app as a handy replacement and I am disappointed. If I knew how to ask for my money back, I would.

Program crashes

The program crashes when you attempt to record time against a project and because of that the application fails to deliver.

Wheres the data?

Opened app and all my data is gone. Says my account disabled but I dont have an account - just local data.

Excellent App

Finally found an app with the functionality I was looking for! Nice layout, easy to use, customizable, lots of graphs, responsive developer... etc. Very happy.

Cant test without tegistration

Cant test without providing Personal Information. This should mede clear on the app store page.

Buggy

All its done is crash on me, over and over and over. Im going to delete it.

Good apps

Best time sheet app that I reviewed. Still needs some work in the way you enter time. Its a bit awkward. There are also some inconsistency between the ipad app and the Mac version and the web version.

Good app but...

Honestly, this app is quite good and could be more than GREAT. In fact, 6 months or a year ago, I would have given the app 5 stars. Ive been using it for more than a year now. I do have a real big problem with it. As you add entries each days for months and months, it becomes slower and slower between entries. Mind you, its not the only app that does that and I guess its because of the database behind getting bigger and bigger and perhaps iOS doesnt handle that too well, I dont know. It wouldnt be that much of a problem if I could delete old entries from time to time. For example, I export reports of all my entries every month and I store all these reports with my accounting data. So once its exported, I dont really need it anymore. Heres the catch... There is no easy "DELETE ALL" allowing me to select a bunch of entries (using dates for example) and get rid of them. Nope... you have to manually go into each and every one entry, click "Modify" and then you have the delete button. I probably have a few hundreds of them! I guess Id be better off uninstalling the app and reinstalling it from scratch! I really hope the developers will come up with something to fix this. Then Ill give 5 stars. Thanks

As good as it gets

I was looking for an app that would track time and expenses across multiple clients and multiple projects yet still include all the utterly useless information that accountants love to track such as GL codes and project codes. This app does it all, and it even allows me to customize the excel report, because lord knows that if you get the data in the wrong column the bean counters are too stupid to figure it out on their own! Ive got this running on my iPhone, ipad and MacBook Air and I cant say enough good things about it. Great app, great support.

Cube Time and Expense works for me

I have been using this for over a year and it really gives me what I need without clutter. I find the design simple and intuitive. I tried a handful of similar apps but I ended up using this for many reasons. The timer function was the top of the list because in a few simple steps I can start recording time as soon as I arrive at a client. An easy start and stop button on the timer is also on of the features that took me to using this app. Other features on the client and project side are easy to setup and get going without adding all the details the other apps make you do. If you are looking for a clean fast to use solution time tracking and client billing this is the one to go with. The areas that need improvement are the reports and export functions. Notes do not export and time exported to excel is problematic. Also the support is great any emails are returned promptly. I think this is a winner app and would rate this at 4.5 only due to the report export issues. If you are looking for a easy to use and visually uncluttered app then this is for you. Good work, good app and good support.

Nice but....

I find this app useful as a personal timer. It would be great if you could add additional people to it. The insanely annoying part is the iOS style number rollers for entering time like on iOS calendar. Its awkward and time consuming. Put in a keypad instead. Rotary phones have been gone for a long time now...

App crash randomly-not happy

This app crash randomly in the middle of using it, or it crashes immediately after you launch it. I emailed the support team regarding this and they were not helpful in resolve this problem.

Very useful

Works fine, sync with same app in chrome, tracks time and money. Simply works... What else do I need?

The features are there, but it is far from being a polished app, and the usage is a nightmare. The online connection is awful. And the support staff is hateful.

Do not download

Will let you use it for a month and then demand to be paid, keeping all your data from you. Or maybe erasing it. Such a waste of time when they dont warn you that this will happen.

Proj Manager

Ive just downloaded it. This is a simple straight forward no frills project time and cost tracker. It does not seem to have pre established This is the first App I found to meet my need as a consultant. It allows me the ability to track time and expenses by project and task. Getpaid is the next runner up except it does not track expenses and I could not enter time without having to use start and end time. I would like to suggest adding 1. Pass Code feature 2. the ability to export as email cvs or pdf using email 3. the ability to take pictures ot the receipts and link them to the expense entry.

Suits My Needs Perfectly

Keeping in mind that this is version 1.0.0 and is free, this is a very usable app. I spend my day performing a variety of tasks (designing, developing, phone calls, meetings, etc.) Cube lets me very quickly assign time throughout the day. The only limitation that Ive run into is the case where I dont have an Internet connection. So if you dont have a 3G iPad and arent within range of a hot-spot, you cant enter time. However, they are working on adding a feature, to a future release, that would store entries and reconcile them the next time a connection is available. So thats in the works. Of course, I can think of probably a dozen other features that would be great for me. But overall, for a first release, it suits my needs perfectly.
